EVENTS: Stu3 is our gorgeous Contemporary studio combining unique warehouse details, high ceilings with 100' of walls, natural window light and ample LED color lighting.

sTU can be dressed as a wide variety of locations: retail, VERTICAL SERIES, contemporary loft, art gallery, storefront, yoga studio, Costume and Wardrobe fittings, startup office, co-working space, pop-ups, coffee house, Documentary shoots, Photo shoots, Birthday parties, Weddings Receptions, Micro-Weddings, A MiniMony, launch events, bridal shower, gala, party, table reads, meet-and-greets, etc. Stu3 is 1900 SQuare FeeT and located in burbank’s Magnolia Village. We are close to Warner bros., Disney, BURBANK AIRPORT AND porto’s BAKERY.

Great for celebrations, launches, screenings and pop-ups with a ground-floor windowed retail storefront. The studio has a high 12-13' ceiling throughout and totals 1,900 ft², with 1,500 ft² of flexible, open floor space.

We have integrated RGB lighting and a brand new striking arch, Apple Home pod bluetooth sound system for music and additional AV available in our rental catalog. Speakers work flawlessly with iphone playlists.

The studio is just up the street from Warner Bros., with free street parking in front and two reserved spaces in the back. Ground-level access, with a custom-designed 10'x10' loading door at the back for easy load in.

Visitor's first reaction is that it is larger than it appears in photographs.

The space provides a comfortable place for hosting parties, meetups, art shows, fundraisers, launch events and book signings, with easy access in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, and Porto's Cuban Bakery is just a block away! The space can accommodate up to 100 guests if seated theater style or cocktail style parties with seating for some but not all guests.

Parties that would like to seat all guests at tables for a seated meal are more appropriate for up to 60 guests. We have 24 adorable Eames style dining chairs and 6 6’ tables but we can also help coordinate delivery and pickup with a local event rental company.

You may bring in food but there is no cooking allowed on site. no taco carts/ grills etc.

hot food may be kept warm via sterno in chafing dishes. There is also no outdoor space available for event use.

The studio has a windowed retail storefront with a high 12-13' ceiling throughout, and looks like an art gallery or loft-style creative work space.

As a film location, the space can easily represent retail, fine art gallery, creative work space, photo studio, office, urban loft, and distressed back alley.

Space totals 1,900 sq ft, with 1,500 sq ft of flexible, open floor space, and 100 linear feet gallery walls.

Just up the street from Warner Bros. Studio, in the desirable Magnolia Park neighborhood, we have ample free street parking in front and three reserved spaces in the back. Ground-level access, with a custom-designed 10'x10' loading door at the back for easy load in.

Modern amenities include WiFi and an Apple Home pod sound system with easy bluetooth connection to phone or iPad AND A High-end short throw projector.

This daylight creative space is truly unique in the Burbank and valley areas. It provides a comfortable place for shooting, with easy access in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Porto's Bakery is just a block away! Convenient to Warner Bros. Studios (1 mile), Walt Disney Studios (1.7 miles), Universal Studios (3 miles), prop houses, Filmtools (2 miles), and hardware stores like DIY (0.5 mile), Lowe’s (2.6 miles), and Home Depot (3 miles).

We have a regular renter on weekend days and Monday evenings. If you have a big budget shoot that requires a weekend or Monday for shooting/ set dressing, please reach out and we can potentially negotiate with our regular renters if there is a budget to accommodate them.

MEETINGS, castings, workshops, BASE CAMP AND TABLE READS

Our 1900 square foot storefront is full of texture and accented with a range of creams and earthy tones and is the perfect setting for meetings of all kinds.

Located in the adorable and safe neighborhood of Magnolia Park in Burbank, the space is convenient to Warner Brothers, Disney and CBS Radford and walking distance to countless vintage shops and the famed Porto's Bakery.

With over 1500 square feet of open usable floor space, this space provides plenty of room for table reads, castings, wardrobe fittings, seminars and off-site trainings while still offering additional break out space for catering and other needs.

Our 10"x10" rustic elephant door allows for easy load-in and load out. Plentiful free street parking right out front. Available light streams in from windows in both the front and the rear of the building but can also be blacked out for clear visibility of presentations via our integrated short-throw projector onto a huge white wall. Just plug in your laptop and you're ready to present.

We keep 16 gorgeous Eames chairs and several folding tables on site. Additional tables and 8 more chairs can be transported from one of our other locations upon request.
